RETURNS + REFUNDS
- For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and let's talk about it!
- Please report any defected items within 7 days of receipt.
- Do not ship items back without emailing us first - we will not accept returns without authorization.
SHIPPING
- Shipping estimates are from the time of shipping, not always the same time that your order is placed. We typically ship orders within 1-2 business days. If items in your order are on backorder (noted on the product page), your full order will ship together when item(s) is/are back in stock.
- As a small business, we cannot take responsibility for items lost in the mail - but we will always do our best to make sure you're happy and find a resolution.
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order.
- In the very rare case that an item breaks during transit, please keep the packaging as you opened it and contact us at hello@elevatejane.com for further instructions. All damaged items must be reported along with photos within 2 days of package delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Customers shipping to international addresses are responsible for any additional charges that might be imposed by the destination country such as customs duties, fees, taxes, import fees, etc. We are not able to calculate these costs as they vary and are determined by the destination country. Please contact your local customs office to learn about possible international duties and taxes.
- We will not offer refunds if you do not pick up or arrange delivery of package and/or pay duties, fees, taxes. If you provide an incomplete or wrong shipping address, we cannot update the shipping address once shipped, and we are not responsible for any packages that cannot be recovered.
- If you choose USPS First Class international shipping, please note that once the package leaves the US, we are unable to track the package. The package is transferred to the destination country's postal service to complete the delivery and all delivery questions should be addressed directly with them.
OTHER FAQ
- We are unable to change anything on your order (add/remove items, address, add apartment number, shipping speed) after it's been submitted so please make sure you fill out the fields completely and correctly.
